3. Is there any case and
plan where the technology of Mobile SOS system is applied? (IR: p11 ~ p13, p32)
- Since 2016, we have been usingMobile SOS
system with the police in Anyang City (Korea City) for preventing from the
abduction ofwomen, childrenand terrorism.
-Mobile SOS system has a product called
Life-Catch that uses forelderpeople
living alone.The sudden
death of the elderly people in Korea are more than 10 million.In terms of
attracting investment, we estimate that
our sales volume will be US$ 100M and net profit is about US$ 50M.
- We are
currently under reviewingKorea Electric Power Corporation, cultural property
fire detection, local government crime prevention, and the Ministry of Health
and Welfare.
-And have a plan to get strategic
alliances with global security company such as ADT which recently withdrew from
the Korean market, which had about 30% of market share in Korea due to the
deterioration in management.
- It can expand the scope of application such as coping
with disasters such as fire and flood.
4.What is the size of the domestic and global
physical security market? (IR p11-p12)
-The
domestic market size is reported as US$ 4 billion in 2020 according to the
report of Security World (2017).
-In case of
major company such as S-One, ADT, KT telecap, their sale volume is US$ 2,300M
in 2017.
-According
to the report by Scala Market Research (2016), the size of the physical
security market is estimated to US$ 158.8 billion in 2022.
5. What are the desired
investment conditions and repayment? (IR : p18 ~ p20, p25)
- Necessary budget : US$ 25M for factory installment,R&Detc./ 30%
equity and 70% loan.
In case of
establishment for factory in the US, we estimated a total budget of US$ 50M.This
figure
is the
condition for establishment for factory and R&D center in Korea.
- The grace period for one years, repayment
for principal and interest for six years
-In
terms of investment, our yearly sales volume is estimated US$ 4,100 (monthly
US$3.4M)
